Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

Shipping can vary between 5 - 14 business days (M-F; excluding holidays) from the date of your purchase. Also, please mind a 12-24 hour grace period on all digital purchase. An email should be sent from "[email protected]" with tracking information once your order has been processed & shipped. If for some reason you did not receive tracking information please feel free to contact us via our Contact page for your USPS tracking # 

If 14 business days (M-F; excluding holidays) have passed and you have NOT received your order, please contact us immediately. We can not guarantee to replace your order If you do not contact us within 60 days of your order being shipped  

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address when placing their order. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that have been mailed to the wrong address if you provide incorrect shipping information.
